Three Cheers for Christmas & a bookish New Year

December 21, 2014

After a very hectic year we’ve moved and now have more room for our daring plans in 2015.

Of course you can stay in touch with us via phone, email, this website and the social media in the usual way. If you haven’t already connected us, it would be great to touch base in 2015:

2014 saw the publication of three exciting and very different books:

Away from the Dead
‘ short stories by Etisalat Literature Prize shortlisted Karen Jennings

Diaspo/Renga ‘ a conversation through poetry inspired by the events in Gaza by National Book Award winning Marilyn Hacker and rising star Deema Shehabi

The Stray American ‘ a novel about a young American trying to establish his identity in London by the wonderful Wendy Brandmark.

After the Christmas break we will come back to you with our new plans. In the meantime our shop stays open over the holidays.

A very lovely Christmas break and all the best (bookish) wishes for 2015!

This picture sums up this season: A light Christmas tree, a Chestnut man, a publisher and, of course, books.
