We’re delighted to announce that Malcolm Burgess from Oxygen Books has invited us to be part of Around the World in 80 Books, a reading feast featuring the very best in world writing.
This readers’ day offers an wonderful range of popular authors: Helen Dunmore & Beatrice Colin, publishers: Oxygen Books, Peirene Press & Holland Park Press, cultural institutes: British Centre for Literary Translation & English Pen and translators, plus competitions, workshops, goody bags, book lists and much more.
Arnold Jansen op de Haar, writer, poet, as well as Holland Park Press’s literary adviser and expert on Dutch literature, will hold two workshops which will give English readers a temping taste of Dutch writers & poets. Previous knowledge of Dutch literature is not required.
