We’re throwing a party on Sunday 29 April in JW3 to celebrate the launch of Stone. Bread. Salt. a new poetry collection by Norbert Hirschhorn.
Join us from 4 to 6pm the Resource Room on the first floor, for a short reading, discussion and drinks and nibbles.
In the author’s own words:
‘As I approach my ninth decade of life I am aware of the need to share with my descendants the wisdom, texts and lessons handed down by our ancestors of all religions. The poems in this collection reflect this aim and necessity.’
Physician-poet Norbert Hirschhorn was commended as an American Health Hero by President Bill Clinton and has published four other full collections including To Sing Away the Darkest Days – Poems Re-imagined from Yiddish Folksongs.
Attendance is free, but please rsvp the publisher by email: bernadette@hollandparkpress.co.uk or by phone: 07792611929.
